LED Lights for Better Visibility
When operating a power wheelchair, one complaint we hear is that it can be difficult to operate in the dark. The BuzzAbout solves that problem with its built-in motion sensing LED lights located directly on the footplate. This is a unique feature that gives the user more confidence when they need to drive when the sun goes down.
Easy Disassembly for Transport
If you are an active person who is always on the go, the BuzzAbout is a great choice. This portable electric wheelchair can be broken down into 4 easy-to-manage pieces, without the use of tools. Once taken apart, the heaviest piece is the seat which weighs only 34.8 lbs. This is not common for a power wheelchair with an option for a captain’s seat. However, Golden Technologies has broken the mold and made this possible.
Offboard Charging & Great Support
Another added benefit of using the BuzzAbout rear-wheel drive power chair is that you have the option to charge the battery on or off the unit. You can simply remove the 28.75 lbs battery pack, bring it inside your home to charge, then place it back on the unit when it’s fully charged and you are ready to go. Pair that with Golden Technologies’ best-in-class warranty, which includes 1 year of labor, and you have a product you can feel confident owning.
Comfortable Seating Options
The BuzzAbout comes standard with a high-back stadium seat with quilted diamond stitch upholstery. An optional captain’s seat is available as an upgrade for users seeking additional comfort and support.
